When you order online, your bank details are encrypted and sent to our server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This payment protocol is standard and known for transmitting data securely by internet. They are never stored.

If your order has not been processed by our team then we are able to cancel the order however, please make sure you contact us as soon as possible ( and quote your order reference.

Unfortunately if your order has already processed then we will be unable to cancel it. However, we do offer a 30 day returns policy.

We understand the importance of knowing when you might receive your order. Our shipping rate is a flat $20 fee. However, we do offer FREE SHIPPING on special products in the "special" category of our website.

Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch for delivery within 6-14 business days (excluding weekends) to major cities within Canada. Other countries deliveries may take longer. We are unable to give an accurate delivery time estimation as it will vary depending on whether you live in a major city or in a remote location.

Deliveries to offshore territories can take up to several weeks to arrive.

Within Canada, prices are inclusive of Canadian GST and import fees have already been paid by us! However, depending on which country you live in, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receivers end. Diving Sports is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.

We deliver to all states and territories of Canada.

Remote territories of Canada may incur additional postage costs, in which case our Customer Service team will contact you.
